Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) covers the products, services, website, customer support, and technologies (collectively referred to as our “Services” or “Products”) provided by DigiForge. It is designed to protect us, our customers, and the general Internet community from unethical, irresponsible, and illegal activity.

This Policy forms part of our general Terms of Service. By using our Services, you agree to adhere to this Policy and ensure adherence on behalf of anyone accessing our Services through your authorization (such as employees or end-users).

1. Your Account & Customer Accountability

1.1. Personal Use: Your user account is strictly personal. You must not share your login credentials, passwords, or API keys, and you must not let unauthorized parties use or access your account.

1.2. Accurate Information: You must provide a valid, active email address that you regularly monitor. We utilize this address to deliver order confirmations, download links, product updates, and legal notifications.

1.3. Account Integrity: You may maintain only one active account per person. Creating duplicate or alternative accounts to circumvent a platform ban, usage limits, serial key restrictions, or one-time promotional discounts is strictly prohibited.

1.4. Accountability: You are held solely responsible for all actions occurring under your account. This includes activity by unauthorized parties resulting from your failure to implement baseline security measures (such as using a strong, unique password).

2. Products, Serial Keys, and Downloads

2.1. License Grant: Purchasing a digital product from us grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product as specified on its individual product page or accompanying license text. A purchase does not transfer ownership rights or intellectual property title of the product itself to you.

2.2. Distribution & Leaking: You are strictly prohibited from sharing, reselling, sub-licensing, uploading, leaking, or giving away our digital files, source code, serial keys, or download links to any third party or external server, unless the specific product page or an explicit license agreement permits you to do so. Standard commercial transfers must be completed exclusively through authorized storefront options (such as purchasing a product as a designated store gift).

2.3. Circumvention: You must not attempt to remove, alter, obscure, or bypass any built-in licensing mechanisms, DRM checks, server-side validation calls, serial keys, machine activation limits, or proprietary watermarks embedded within our downloads.

2.4. Plagiarism: You must not claim our products, code, scripts, audio assets, or proprietary materials as your own creation or work, modified or unmodified.

2.5. Generative AI Restrictions: You are strictly prohibited from uploading, pasting, prompting, or inputting any part of our materials, source code, scripts, or digital products into third-party generative artificial intelligence (AI) systems, large language models (LLMs), or machine learning tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) for any purpose, including generating edits, modifications, or optimizations. Inputting our proprietary logic into third-party AI platforms permits those tools to absorb and potentially distribute our intellectual property, constituting a severe violation of this Policy.

3. Website, Server, and Service Integrity

3.1. Disruption and Exploitation: You must not knowingly or negligently break, overload, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to our website, servers, API endpoints, user accounts, or associated networks. Prohibited activities include initiating denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks, network sniffing, packet spoofing, flooding, and mail-bombing.

3.2. Automated Scraping and Access: The use of automated scripts, bots, data mining tools, spiders, or scrapers to access, extract data from, purchase products through, or mass-redeem codes on our website is strictly prohibited without our explicit prior written consent.

3.3. Security Testing: You must not scan, probe, or test our systems for vulnerabilities, or attempt to bypass geo-restrictions, paywalls, and technical safety features without explicit written authorization from us.

3.4. Financial Abuse: You must exploit or abuse discount codes, gift codes, or platform bugs to avoid payment. Initiating fraudulent payment disputes, chargebacks, or friendly fraud for digital goods you have successfully received is considered a material violation of this Policy and our Terms of Sale.

4. Community, Reviews, and Discord Support

4.1. Review Guidelines: Customer reviews must reflect honest, factual feedback based on your actual personal experience with the product. Reviews must not contain fraudulent claims, unauthorized advertising, third-party URLs, malicious links, hate speech, or the personal identifiable information of others.

4.2. Staff Protection & Harassment: We enforce a zero-tolerance policy against harassment, discrimination, and abuse. You must treat our staff, support personnel, and other community members with professional respect across all communication channels, including email support, ticketing systems, and our automated or community Discord server channels. Threatening, insulting, or abusive behavior will result in immediate termination of support access.

4.3. Malicious Content: You must not submit, upload, transmit, or link to any defamatory, obscene, harassing, fraudulent, or unlawful materials within our support tickets or Discord server channels, including malware, viruses, or links to malicious domains.

5. Restricted Entities and Global Compliance

5.1. Prohibited Global Activities: Our Products and Services must not be used, directly or indirectly, by any person, entity, or end-user involved in or suspected of involvement in activities relating to illegal gambling; terrorism; narcotics trafficking; arms trafficking; money laundering; or the proliferation, design, or manufacture of weapons of mass destruction.

5.2. Sanctions Compliance: You warrant that you are not located in a comprehensively sanctioned jurisdiction, and that you are not listed on any applicable international government denied or restricted party lists.

6. Enforcement, Violations, and Remedial Action

6.1. Service Suspensions: Engaging in any activity prohibited by this Policy constitutes a material breach of our Terms of Service. Depending on the severity of the violation, we reserve the right to take immediate remedial action without notice, including:

  • Removing non-compliant reviews or user-generated content;
  • Restricting or permanently blocking access to support channels and ticketing systems;
  • Revoking specific product serial keys, active licenses, or download privileges without a refund;
  • Temporarily suspending or permanently terminating your user account and associated system access.

6.2. No Refunds upon Violation: To the maximum extent permitted by law, no credits, partial refunds, or reimbursements will be available for service interruptions, license revocations, or account terminations resulting from a violation of this Policy.

6.3. Legal Reporting: In extreme or criminal cases (such as severe cyberattacks, threats of violence, or systemic fraud), we may be legally obliged to preserve your data and report your activities to the relevant law enforcement and regulatory authorities.

7. Policy Modifications

7.1. Amendments: We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time by publishing the revised version on our website.

7.2. Material Updates: When a policy revision materially changes your rights or usage boundaries, we will provide notice on the website or via email. Your continued interaction with our platform or purchase of products following an update constitutes active acceptance of the modified Policy.
